First of all I have to say that the image is simple but striking.
In fact I was quite attracted by the title and the red tinge that prevail throughout the work. The green eyes that are complementary to red, focuses the viewer's attention. And that's for the impact.
You took good care of the lines of the face that is surely expressive, and the hair. But you should have payed more attention on drawing the hand, that lowers the quality of the work. Same thing for the wire-necklace that you could take better care.
Simply put I think you need a little more attention for small details and result could be awesome!
This said, I personally like your Gokudera ^^
