Firstly, WOW!

The colours and the streaks of rain really make it hit home, and the addition of him holding the rosary is great. The lighting makes it look like he's illuminated by car headlights, which is a great effect. The hair looks damp and the arms and hands... are amazing. I for one cannot draw hands, but these look so realistic! I love it so much! The highlights in his hair and on the fur of his weird vest/bodywarmer/jacket make it look amazing.

The rain effect with the drops on the camera look amazing and add to the rain effect. It's so amazing
